One of the most common problems our patients have is extreme foot pain with the first steps in the morning.

This is classic presentation of plantar fasciitis.  When the plantar fascia is continually stretched and strained, pain results.  Overnight, the fascia begins to repair, building up scar tissue and becoming even tighter.  That first step in the morning breaks apart that tightened tissue and can be very painful.  There are many options for treating plantar fasciitis, from very conservative stretching to surgery if no other treatments are effective.  Check out the videos above or call our office for information about how to treat your plantar fasciitis.
