Here at Mountain West Foot and Ankle Institute we require a 24 hour notice if you will not be able to make your appointment. Just call in and let us know that you need to cancel/reschedule the appointment. Every new patient signs a payment policy which explains that there is a $30.00 charge for missed appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. It is hard for our office to operate with late notice cancellations. We appreciate an early notice of cancellations/reschedules in order to accommodate more patients who may need to get in quickly. We do understand emergency situations so be sure to call and explain the emergency to us if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. We hope you understand this policy and remember that we are so grateful to have you as patients.
