Is Being Grateful Good for Your Feet?

Gratitude is a great quality, but did you know it can boost your health, including your foot health?  Let's look at some benefits of cultivating an attitude of thanks that lasts beyond Thanksgiving.

Boosted immunity: Those who practice gratitude have a stronger immune system. This is really important for the healing of diabetic foot wounds and warding off infection.

Better circulation: Gratitude decreases the production of stress hormones. This leads to improved circulation. Feet are usually the first place to be affected by poor circulation. Better circulation = healthier feet. 

Resiliency: People who have an attitude of gratitude are more resilient and more likely to bounce back from foot injuries.
